some thoughts.

Who knew last week will be filled with drama, from a protest in Melbourne CBD to an earthquake being magnitude 6.0, to now someone stealing photos for commercial gain. funnnnn…

Thanks to those who were concern about the recent ‘stores’ using my images lol.

I’m generally chill with most people using my shots if you ask me and I’ve expressed permission (for non for profit uses) and seriously, I couldn’t care less in most cases.

But someone informed me that its evident that some of my shots had been used for use on a T-Shirt merch store… (wait really? lol). I’m not taking any further action against them, its personally not worth my time.

So people was thinking, what statement am I gonna make? As of this writing, I’ve opted into introduce a new anti-print watermark that would literally damage the photograph being reproduced if printed but this is still early in development and expected to launch in 2022 series. Hopefully this prevents photos being reproduced without the creatives knowledge.

So like people ask me what happen with the images… lol. My health comes first and I rather not expose myself to tier 1/2 sites just for a train shot. I can live without trains as funnily enough, ever heard about having a life? Yeah, I do have other hobbies like assembling computers to mechanical keyboards… 78wpm :P

I’ve just finished my new computer build alongside keyboard one lol.

(lowkey not advertising, I’m literally more than happy to assemble keyboards or computers, so ask if you need help or something).

Photos will come back in due time. you can trust me on that but time will only tell as December is likely when I’ll get the camera back up running and finally capture the last of the Long Island freight train. Providing we get out of lockdown, I’m making a trip to Mornington to capture the Bluescope Siding.

Also soon, news on my new photobook / print series. We are currently finalizing everything with our supplier and hopefully we can launch by November! More is coming soon with developmental blogs coming soon enough!

who knew purchasing $30 worth of sushi could allow me to think about life and wrote this lol.

lets hope 2022, is somewhat better.
